I just went through a touch free car wash today and it was pretty hot outside. The junk they sprayed on my car was multi colored, but it appeared to be wax. Well, after the import expo i tried remove this garbage on my paint. They look like drip marks, bit time though. Anyways, i tried it with the paint cleaner block, tar remover, and etc. I even tried just car soap and water, but no luck! Please help! This stuff just won't come off!

use dishwashing soap like dawn. that'll strip waxes from the car unlike car soap. Then use whatever paint cleaners/polishes/waxes you like. I used Meguiar's deep crystal system with quite satisfactory results.

Try some all purpose/purple power...it strips most everything from a clear coat...but if its an older model car (early 90s) use something else because the cleaner may get embeded in the paint

Yeah, I know I'm late to respond but if all else has failed, you might want to invest in a clay bar kit from muguiars or mothers to remove the drip marks. While your at it it will remove any dirt and foreign substance from the paint.
My friend has dropped off his car to be detailed over a month ago and there was this wad of tar caked onto the car so well, the dealership said that it had to be touched up or repainted since it looked like a deep gouge. When I came up with the clay bar, chunks of tar attached to the bar and it was good as new. He was in total awe when he saw the results.
Good luck

Don't know if I'm late to the topic but here is my suggestion. Probably when you went to the car wash it was a sunny day and your paint was "hot" to the touch. The colored foam probably was a clear coat cleaner sprayed on before water was applied to the car. This spraying of colored foam "baked" into your paint causing stains. Is your car white? Happens more noticeably to white cars. Anyways it will come off but you need to get a strong Cleaner/Wax. Preferably with petroleum in it. The petroleum will clean the paint and rid the stains. Go to your local deatailing shop and ask if they will try a spot on your car. If their product works than buy a bottle of it and do it yourself at home. If any of the above statements I have made are true and your local deatiling shop does not have the necessary supplies, email me and I will send you some. SeaJrGo@hotmail.com. I hope this helps.
