It's amazing to find a dealer that really cares. Everytime I get any service work done, I am surprised about how well I am treated. My car is always spotless when I pick it up, and the mints they put on the dash are a nice touch. It's also nice that I don't have to schedule a loaner car, they just hand me a set of keys when I walk in the place. I am willing to drive almost 4 hours each way to go there instead of the closest dealer(2 hours each way) in Raleigh.

My, Blug. You seem surprised that someone might offer a point of view that differs with your own, and particularly concerned with the idea that there are Nissan shadow puppets on this board. Did you ever think that some customers might be satisfied with their service at this particular Charlotte dealership? But, please, if you really prefer your current state of unhappiness, by all means, feel free to continue living there.
