i was kinda thinking about car names.. what would you name a car if you made one...? nissan has pulsar, nx, skyline, maxima, altima, almera, primera, sentra, pathfinder, navarro (sp?), i30, g20, q45, m30 (saw one the other day.. i think it was m30..)..

why isn't the qx4 called a qx35? or x35? or something like that??

best car names:
Z
skyline
maxima...

just my opinion..

i read that QX4 is a reference to number of drive wheels -- QX4 is similar to 4X4.

Most people refer to it as the "Q by 4"
I think that the reason for using the Q was that originally there was talk of using the V8 from the Q45 to power it.

Those aren't all of Nissan's names, I think you meant Navara instead of Navarro?, the Navara is the Frontier, pre facelift.
Some more names are: Cefiro, Serena, Wingroad, Presea, Leopard, Terrano, Mistral, Patrol, Silvia, Presage, Bluebird, Elgrand, Cedric/Gloria etc and heaps more that I can't think of right now!
