I think it is gorgeous. But I dont think that this is the real 7 series. Ive seen 3 different pics and 2 of them are the same style. Automobile Mag and R&T have them and I believe that is what they are going to like. The Car Connection.com has some spy photos and looks EXACTLY the ones I think it is, nothing like this pic. This pic is cool, but it wont be the new 7, I'll bet my house on it.

Very, ahh, executive. It hints at Jaguar some (IMO), but is undeniably upscale Bimmer material.
As is typical with BMW, the styling doesn't make any waves. Evolutionary.
My favorite of their sedans still remains to be the M5. I don't think I'm alone. http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum/images/icons/wink.gif

well since im cheap and dont have a scanner i would have put up that photo in Automotive Magazine. and actually, this came off edmunds.com, and it's a computer generated one. but it's pretty realistic.
the one thing i dont like is the front corners. they rounded them like a 300M or
something.
one more thing: I saw a picture of the tail end of the new lexus convertible, and those taillights have a strangely similar shape to the picture that nissan released of the Z's rear quarter view.

um, damn! that's the new 6 series. this is what BMW has doing with the 67% increase in profits they had. (thank the new 3 for that)

About the Z pics, thats old news. Everyone knows that. And the pic of the 6 series is cool. It would much better if that space between the door and the rear wheel wasnt so long and chunky. It makes the back look like a sumo wrestler.

I think this new pic is fairly accurate (of the 7 series). I've already seen at least 5 shots of this car, and they all look the same. As I've stated before, I dont like where BMW is going with a lot of their new designs, I feel they're way too rounded to look classy. They've started to incoporate all these rounded shapes into their designs, and I dont like it. I dont even like the looks of the current 5 series. Consequently I dont like the way this car looks, it looks like a big S80 or S60 Volvo.

HammerMan, I don't really understand you too well. You think BMWs are too round or are going too round. Thats fine. So you must like angular designs. Thats great. But you think that the new Cadillac design is too wierd, but its angular. What DO you like in design?
