Well, I'm back from vacation and relaxed to the max.

I have some observations from the road...here in the northest--NY, MA, NH & ME--there are an incredible number of Kia Optima's on the road. They certainly outnumber the Sonata. Heck, they outnumber alot of cars that have been out for a long time.

Also, it would appear as if the most common large car in Maine is the current model of the Lincoln Town Car--they are everywhere. Older Rolls Royces seem to be quite popular also on the highways of Maine.

Compared to NY drivers, MA drivers are true maniacs. It helps that NY State Police actually stops people who weave recklessly through traffic.

Of course Maine seems to be the Suburu capital of the world!

As a former resident of the "great Commonwealth of Massachusetts," I whole heartedly agree about drivers in the Bay State. Additionally, if you were to ask them, they'd agree too...even the bad drivers will say MA drivers are bad.

At least you have police. Here in Louisiana, the police usually only write tickets after an accident--and often not even then!

Another observation--certainly not a scientific count...but it would seem that the Tribute outnumbers the Escape by about 3 or 4 to 1.

Is should, it is so much more appealing in it's appearance over the blah Escape.

Here, In NW OKlahoma, the Ford rules. Only times I even see a Tribute is when in or around a major city. "Besides there is a Ford dealership in every cow town out here in these parts" (said in Okie lingo)

Funny name the Escape...sounds like you need to get away from it quickly. Maybe the Ford Pinto should have had that name!

As hard as it may seem to believe, sales of the Escape outnumber the Tribute by about 3 to 1.

SentraSE-Rman, on the outside, the Escape and Tribute only differ in the front end.
