Very sharp. Except for those XG300 hubcaps. 200hp V6 with 6 speed. Interesting...

not too shabby... the front can use a bit of a clean-up job, a bit much going on up there. But they are improving big-time.

Could be a winner, wouldn't it be funny if Hyundai came outta no where and ended up kicking everyone's ass? Styling overall I'd say it looks good, with the front needing to be cleaned up a bit.

What? An attractive Hyundai?? NEVER!!! From the front it looks like some kind of Pontiac, everything else is nice though.

Actually, the front end really reminds me of a Renault!

Man, Hyundai used to make DAMN UGLY cars, but this Tiburon seems to be a mighty improvement. For a Hyundai, this car is almost... elegant! Except for that horrendous front end, that is. Still, I'd prefer a Nissan to that.

I see subtle hints of Jag or Aston Martin coupes in the rear half of the car.

Back end looks good, front end still needs serious work (although it's still an improvement over the current version).

I like the tail, but it seems to have a side profile of an RSX, and headlights of a wannabe Supra. The grille is sloppy as well as the intake below.

Maybe Hyundai and Nissan should collaborate on an SE-R/Tiburon (ala Probe/MX6)? Hyundai could style the rears and Nissan the fronts? http://66.96.198.147/forum/images/icons/wink.gif
Or maybe vice versa! :0 That would be not fun.

Nice car for a Hyunday...although the front needs plastic surgery. This car could very well start a new trend for Hyunday.
Just hope it doesn't interfere with Nissan sales http://66.96.198.147/forum/images/icons/wink.gif

Yeah, I noticed that as well. I read an interview with the designer of the RSX, who said the C pillar was influenced by the Ferrari 360 Modena.

And Honda thought a similar C-Pillar would do the trick? Hahahaha...it's going to take a lot more than a Ferrari style C-Pillar to make the RSX look decent, much less have a Ferrari resemblence.
BTW, the Hyundai only looks good from the back. The rest of it looks Pathetic, IMO.

It looks like the front end was thrown together quickly to mask it in prototype, just like it has the hubcaps from the XG300 to keep the rims from being seen. They will clean that up in the production model.
That is a good looking car for Hyundai. . .will we see a V6 in this model?

The Tiburon rear hints of the Altima and the RSX shows lines of the NX2000 and the funny Mazda one(almost a DUPE for the NX).

definitely a huge improvement over prev ones...I like the rear..reminds me of toyota solara. front looks busy..but I like that clear head lamp. It looks sporty without spoiler too. shoulder looks muscular. I think this one can be pretty successful in US and maybe take away some sales from toyota celica...only if it doesn't come with that ugly XG alloy wheels...

If this is the new Tiburon then Hyundai is going in the right direction with this new version of their Tib. I like the back of it, it sure looks clean and very sporty, and refined? but the front sure needs some help. Since this is a prototype, I would expect them to change it to make it more attractive.
If this guys drop a 200hp+ V6 in this car, then Hyundai will have a great competitor in this class, because of the torque advantage they'll get out of it (assuming it is a decent V6).

Yeah the front end looks a bit overrated, but wow!!! this a Hyuandi, incredible!!! This car is gorgeous, and the tailights scream Maxima!!! You know, some Nissan styling have been rubbing off on other car companies lately.............

Looks pretty good for a Hyundai. The rear looks like a cross between a Nissan and an Acura.

Acutally, the back of this car makes me think of a cross between the Camry Solara, and the SC430, and that is not bad at all for a Hyundai. Way to go...

The front has the same problems all Hyundais have, a severely unsophistocated front strut design. The hoodline and cowl are unpropotionatly high with the rest of the car. The space between the top of the front wheel arch and the hood line is still too tall but better than the current Tiburons. The front reminds me of a cubist interpritation of a Chevy Cavalier.
The back is really nice. Hyundai is improving at a fast rate.
Oh, anyone notice those HUGE square side mirrors! Capital U.G.L.Y!

I'm sure that this is just a prototype of the next Tiburon, so I wouldn't be too surprised if Hyundai did some changes to it here and there.
Let's just hope they drop the rumored 200hp V6 to make the competition that much more interesting.

The front shock set up is all wrong it looks like its on an angle (about to take off). But the rear is nice. And i like the shark like gills on the side (since the name means shark in spanish).
