Well I had a really dissappointing evening yesterday. My wife drives a 2000 VW jetta Turbo and we wanted to trade it in for a 2002 G20 Sport with 7000 miles. The problem we were facing is that this infinity dealer was giving us only 12000 for a car in mint condition and 35000 miles. When it should be worth 14335 dollars. Thats trade in value. They can easily sell it for about 18000 on the market. I owe about 16100 on the jetta. It looked like they did not want to sell me the car as they wanted 465/month for 72 months with a 1000 down. I think thats BS. Cause my credit and wife's credit is good(high 600s) they even walked some other customers and I think to myself how does infinity stay in buisness.Heck these guys didn't even budge. I wasted three hours there while they f****d around. So what do you guys think and what are my options. Can I go a step above the dealership.

If you don't mind the drive, check out Mission Viejo Infiniti (Speak with Chad Priest, he's good), as well as MacPhearson Infiniti in the tustin auto center. I've also heard some good things about cerritos Infiniti as well. Thats my advice.

Its not the fact that the dealership is bad. But a few bad apples make all the difference. I was surprised at the fact that James Garant(salesman) called me up today to see if I was still interested. Well I was and I gave them one more chance. The problem was not the salesman or the Fleet manager, but the finance manager who told everyone he was such a good salesman that he could come in there and increase our payments by 20-30 bucks a month by saying our credit was bad. Well he was not there today or atleast everyone kept him away from us while we bought the car today. Some punk images/icons/mad.gif always has to spoil the whole car buying experience. In the end all other employees made us feel at home. My sales manager introduced me to the general manager, finance manager(another one offcourse) and the service manager. images/icons/smile.gif Great customer service images/icons/smile.gif . I feel that they did a great job and would recommend them to anybody in southern California.

IMO, one should stay away from Miller Infiniti. Not a good thing. Go to Thousand Oaks.
