What's going on in Rochester, NY??

I have been seeing lots of weird things lately. Yesterday I saw a dark blue Renault Clio on I490. Today I saw a Daewoo U100 with NY plates that read 000000. And just now on my way home from Sam's Club, I saw a very big, very sleek, coupe that was totally painted in flat black paint. Traffic was heavy so I had to pay attention to my driving and I didn't get a great look at it. So I get home and find the latest Automobile mag in my mail box and I see the new Bentley and I wonder if that's what I just saw?

It sure makes driving more interesting.

I know that Daewoo had something going on in this area for years. I used to see the Magnus and U100 with the black and white geometric paint jobs around here all the time.
