2000 Altima - Clarion head unit specs

Hi all-
Does anyone know where to obtain specs for the 2000 Altima - Clarion head unit? I am trying to decide if I should replace it when building my car audio system, but from what I have heard, I should not spend the money since it is a decent unit, but would like to know for sure beforehand. Also...what aftermarket changers will work with it...

I have the 2000 Altima with the premium audio system. The sound is awesome in its quality, treble, midrange, midbass, but the system definitely lacks some base.
though it's not clean base, the pontiac sunfire anf dodge neon both have much more of it.
i think it's because the altima has 4-inchers in the back.
