Hello ppl,
Im new to this board so plz bear with me. Im after some new tires in a 205/45/16 profile to wrap some 16*6 CSA Velocity rims in. My currrent tires are 205/45R16 83V Pirelli P5000 Dragos, and sadly they havent lived up to their name.
With the type of driving I do, and the abuse that tyres receive (not track use just long twisting roads...), the wear is extreme and becomes my highest single servicing expense. I want a tyre that can stand up to the test.
Heres what ive been quoted (prices are in aus $)
Bridgestone RE711 - $235
Goodyear Revspec - $220
Falken 451 or 115 - $184
Pirelli Pzero - $305
Yokohama A539 - $215
Federal 595 - $175
Dunlop FM901 - $215
Continental - $225
Sime Astar Prestige - $139
Kumho 'Ecsta Supra' 712 - ???
