I have seen a few 89 to 90 S13 240's around with a little ad-on it seems on the front of the car, looks like a slight little body kit, spoiler for the bottom of the bumper. Does anybody know where I can get this or where it came from?

They look simple, but very cool! http://forums.freshalloy.com/forum//images/icons/cool.gif

I have one on mine--
(http://www.angelfire.com/ca3/s13/images/240Jon.jpg)
It came as part of the 'sports package'. Other included parts were the teardrop shaped 15" aluminum wheels with 205/60R15 tires, and rear spoiler.

Since it's a factory part, I'm sure you can get the chin spoiler from Nissan (probably expensive), or you may be able to find one in a junk yard. Here in San Diego, I can never find 240s in junk yards...
It seems that everyone with one of these spoilers on their 240s has scratched or cracked them though. Even with your car at stock height, you need to be careful on dips and when parking in front of curbs.

If you do get one of these chin spoilers, be sure not to forget the mounting pieces. Oh, and you will need to drill several holes in the bottom of the lip of your car.

i saw a 240sx 89 model on a website with what he said was the NISMO front end. that front end was mean-looking. had a large air dam for an intercooler and generally gave the old 240 a newer look if that makes sense.

I found an air dam in a bank parking lot so I didnt mind when a snowbank ripped it off. just find a straight airdam like on the taurus and bolt it on.
check out mine http://www.gis.net/~formula1/nissan/
I got much better stability with it over 50.

well I poked around the junkyard, no sign of a good airdam except maybe ford rangers plastic ones but they are big. on the way home I noticed Grand Ams and dodge intrepids have the right size air skirt.

No offense or anything but that thing on your car looks awfully ugly on a beautiful 240. I meant a spoiler like a facia body ad-on or something.

Thanks for replying anyways.
