CAN A KA24 DOHC be installed into a 90 240 with SOHC???

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A KA24 DOHC can be installed into a 90 240 with SOHC??? im trying to sell my 95 KA and someone with a 90 240 wants it but isnt too sure if it fits... please let me know.. thanks

It will fit the engine mounts yes. It will also need the 95 ECU and wiring harness. The transmission bellhousing for the SOHC and DOHC are different though. If you're selling your tranny as well, then it should work.
