For those who haven't heard, there will be a *huge* gathering of 240s in LA on July 28th. Huge as in biggest outside of Japan huge! People are driving in from all over; Illinois, Texas, Arizona, Washington you name it people are bringing their 240s from all around the country!
And it's all taking place here in sunny LA, just an hour drive out of down town.
Note that I call this a "gathering" and not a "GTG"... subtle difference. This amazing 3-day event includes a night of food and karting to get to know each other followed the next day by a visit to Nissan Headquarters in LA, and on the third day, HOT LAPS at the streets of willow!!
When we get ~80 people (240s) in, it will officailly be an EXCLUSIVELY Nissan _240SX_ meet -- that's right, a track FULL of 240s and only 240s. This'll be a once-in-a-lifetime experience for any 240 owner, new or veteran to the scene!
It doesn't matter if you're a novice or an expert, as long as you've got a valid drivers' license, have access to an approved helmet and have the mere ~$100 to cover track fees, you're in! There will be different groups of drivers, so novices (such as myself; never been to a track event!) take note, you will not be alone!
There will be briefing prior to races and tech inspections, but once those are done, it's a whole day of driving!
This will seriously be a unique event, so don't let it slip by! A great experience for first timers or those of you who've been curious about track events but never mustered up the courage to go to one! I was silly enough to miss speed trial usa, but won't miss this for my life!
A WHOLE track full of 240s and 240 lovers like yourself is something really, REALLY hard to come by, so don't let this event pass you by!

Who else is planning to make this super event?? It would be a pity (well, not necessarily but...) if we had to bring in those FF Altimas and Sentras just to fill the 80 car quota, so I'm here trying to rally support! Who else is in??!
