You guys in Houston and the surrounding areas, if you are up for it, let's all meet up at the Jamba Juice on Westheimer and Post Oak on sat nite...unless you guys prefer a different meeting place...Spec V's Se-r's or any other nissan cars are welcome to join. The people I've met so far have been really cool so it should be a good and relaxing time. Some of you have modded your cars since the last meet so that would be nice to see.

Is Jamba Juice back open? They had it closed off for a little while... If it's still open sure, that sounds good. images/icons/wink.gif

Well, if it is closed off, where should we meet? I hate K-mart (ricer central), and I don't know of any other place that is really friendly to gatherings... images/icons/confused.gif

Ahh, how about Uptown Park? 610 and Post Oak, there are lots of shops, and food places, but I don't know if that is highly patroled or not...

Any other suggestions would be useful. images/icons/wink.gif

I'm gonna move this to Meets and Gatherings, but will do my best to keep this thread on top until Saturday, so people do have the opportunity to look at the thread, and figure out if they're gonna go.

N.I.O. has Great News! We are having a meet in the Northside of Houston on Saturday, MAY 18 at around 7pm. It's going to be at the 59 Diner and Office Depot Parking lot at hwy 249 and fm1960. Y'all are invited of course. It's kind of close to Cartoys. It's going to be a heck of a drive for some of us but it's all worth it. We don't normally meet here but there's a lot of people who have a hard time meeting. We have meets twice a month. We have about 15 confirmed cars going at this time and up to 40 possibles. Some G20's, Altimas, Maxima's, Sentras, 240s.

Hope to see anyone that has a Nissan or Infiniti there. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at altimastyle@hotmail.com

Hi all,
For the N.I.O. Meet on May 18. I'd appreciate everyone's R.S.V.P.

Deadline to R.S.V.P. is by Thursday May 16.

Folks, if you haven't heard, please be wearing your seatbelts (at least till June 2nd) and also try to keep your happy foot at bay. I've heard that HPD is having their tasks force hit racers/violators pretty harsh. From what I know 16 so-called racers were arrested and licensed revoked last month. Some are even driving right in front of people right before they try to race at the light.

R.S.V.P. Count as of May 10th
Altimas - 6
Maximas - 5
Sentras - 2
240SX - 1
300ZX - 1
G20 - 2

Oh and 1 Honda (don't ask!)

Two other clubs are coming: NIS and H-town Max Club. But no confirmation yet. So if they show, we may have 30-40+ cars!!!

Let me know if y'all can go on May 18. For May 11th, I have my conference to attend and then right after, a birthday party. If I'm not too tired I'll join y'all at 10ish... Where is Uptown again? Is it that new colorful outdoor mall?

Thanks,

Oy! It was hard waking up this morning.
The N.I.O. Meet on May 18th was AWESOME! Some of the people that R.S.V.P. showed and we had 24 cars total. Maybe 25 or 26 for those that might have come later. We had over 30 people attending. We couldn't fit all the cars in one picture. For those that came, Thank You! I was proud to see all of the people and each and everyone of them was CooL! For those that became a N.I.O. family member, Welcome. We will see you at the next SuperFast Meet. For those interested in becoming one and coming to our SuperFast Meet, pass me an email at altimastyle@hotmail.com

I think I'm too tired to type up what happened. More info is about the meet is on our website. Bottom-line... great folks, great cars, great food... great time!

Thanks all!
