Infiniti Q45a vs. Jaguar XJ8L

Today I was driving to school at about 6:00am on my normal route and a Dodge Ram and Jaguar XJ8L fly by me at about 70 in a 40mph zone. The guy in the Jaguar looked like he was a Jaguar technician driving the car, because there was a Jaguar dealer up ahead. It looked like both of them were racing one another from stoplight to stoplight. Well, recently there had been police speedtraps on various streets on the road so I decided I did not want to have anything to do with those two drivers. Well the Jaguar gets held up in traffic in the right lane and so I switch to the left lane and am behind the Dodge Ram. As we are driving down the road the Dodge turns into his street so I change back into the right lane and end up first at the next stop light. Well, right next to me the guy pulls up in his white Jaguar. We were a little bit out of the city limits and it was real early in the morning so no one was on the steets. So I decided to show the dude in the Jag what's up. Since my car always starts in 2nd gear I put it into 1st gear. The light turns green and I take off, get the Q-ship up to about 7000rpm and 40mph, switch to second and waste the guy in the Jaguar. As my car gets closer to 60mph in 2nd gear, I decide thats enough so I slow down. Flash my blinkers twice as I pass the Jaguar dealer and watch the dude behind me turn into the parking lot way to fast. It looks like he almost hits one of the Land Rovers in the parking lot. What a way to start to morning.

Well, I have another kill story today. I was driving to school today from my house this morning. It was about 6:20 am and it was still a little dark outside since it was so early. I exit off of the freeway and get onto the main road where my school is located. My school is about 5 miles down the road. It is a two lane divided road and there are two stoplights until I reach my school. There were not many people on the road at all. I come up to the first stoplight and a green Acura 3.0CL pulls up next to me. The car had very dark tinted windows and the car looks like it had just been waxed. I get a feeling that this dude is wanting to race me so I put my car in 1st gear and when the light changes I take off. I was half a car length ahead of him through the light in 1st gear. When I put it into 2nd, I was ahead of him by about 3 car lengths, when I got into third I flashed my blinkers twice and handed him his a$$ this morning. What a rush, before class! The city bus driver that was behind us, must have got a kick out of it.

Well, I have another road kill story for all of you. I was driving to school tonite at about 7:30pm, when a Honda Civic turned onto the main road from the mall. I am in the left lane, he is in the right lane. I pass him doing about 35mph, and as I am driving I can hear him trying to catch up with his loud exhaust and high revs. It was a pretty nice looking Civic, not very "rice". Right when he reaches my back bumper, I slam the accelerator and take off to the next light, leaving him behind. Me and him both are both first at the next light. He deicedes to stop about a car length behind me, as the other lights turn yellow, he starts to slowly creep up towards the line. I put my car into first, and wait for the light. When the light turns green I take off and get the Q45a to about 6,500 rpm in first and the Civic is wasted. I got the car up to around 40mph and slowed down quickly. I was hoping that he would have put up a better fight, because it would have been more fun! Oh well...
