Question on leasing

The lease on my Pathfinder is not over until 5/03. I've been ready to move on to a new sporty car for over a year now. Now that the G35C is coming out, I am completely obsessed with this gorgeous beast of a car.

How would it work if I wanted to end my lease early? How badly would I lose? I've heard contradicting information, so I was hoping there were some "experts" on this board.

It's pretty simple. Pay Nissan all the money you owe them for the remainder of the lease and then you can turn the vehicle in and get something else.
