Out of all the INFINITI dealerships i have been to, which are only three http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/blush.gif , i have to say that the Thousand Oaks one here in Ventura County of Southern California is the nicest in appearance, but the worst in costumer service. I like the fact that the salesmen attack you and eat you alive after letting you browse over their cars, and these people know there stuff, i do have to say. But, as good as the INFINITI Dealership experience is, while i am physically there at the dealership, it is just as bad when you get on the internet. I have gone to www.thousandoaksinfiniti.com (http://www.thousandoaksinfiniti.com) about 50 times in the last couple weeks, and i went to contact the people there, and i sent the same exact email to everyone i could contact there, and NO ONE responded. So i went again, and didnt it again, and AGAIN, NO ONE responded...i mean, what is this?!?!?! http://forums.freshalloy.com/ubbthreads/images/icons/mad.gif
