Is the FX replacing the Qx4? Will there be a Qx4 for 2003?

I have a buddy that is looking at them. They will do '02 NEW QX4s with 4wd, heated seats and sunroof for about 33-34k.

There are some 2003 QX4 at dealerships but the vehicle is built out. When these are gone there will be no more. This is how they will close out the I35 next year. A few built at the start of the year and then discontinue.
