Absolutely none! We've only put less than 200 miles on it, but the fit and finsh are without complaint and encountered problems are nil- even better than my 2001 Maxima AE which was also assembled in Japan. Don't forget that next year's 2004 Murano will be built in a new plant in Mississippi, not Japan. There was, however, one fit/finish flaw that I noticed on all the first batch of Muranos: The passenger side airbag area of the dash has a subtle uneven, rippled surface (seen in certain lighting conditions). Our Murano was in the second shipment that arrived in Honolulu, and does not have this so hopefully it doesn't affect all early Muranos. It's not a big deal, but check the passenger dash before you buy!
