What happened to the Nissan NA website?

The website for Nissan North America is no longer in commission. It redirects you to the Nissan USA website. Does anyone know what happened to it and if it will be replaced with something else?

We knew a few months back that they were planning to redo the whole corporate site. I'll find out what the latest is.
