I think its safe to say that the '04 Max is in the "Entry-Near-Luxury" category...that being the case, what you you buy and drive happily:

Interesting poll.
I chose the A6 only because it posseses AWD (well, the 2.7T that I would be interested in.)
Max would be second choice, UNTIL, that is, they anounce AWD option.
