Went to the Virginia Car Show today. It sucked. I did sit in a lot of cars and did notice something. Quality of interiors is pretty much the same on all makes and models. I saw a lot of plastics used. Not that that is a bad thing. The dashes of some mercedes feel like the dash of a maxima or accord. The buttons of a jaguar look and feel like the ones on the Taurus. The only car i sat in that made me feel like i was in a high class car was a really expensive mercedes. The rest sort of "felt" the same. It made me realize that i'd rather pay money for performance than interior because interior really doesn't differ much from an accord to say a high priced lexus or mercedes. Even the hyundai felt fine. So would i pay $40,000 more for a mercedes that had the same ride as a tiburon just b/c it's a mercedes. Heck no!.
Of course this is my personal opinion. I just want to see what you guys think.
