my friend is doing an s14 swap right now. for the mounts, there are many ways of doing it. 1) custom crossmember 2) custom mounts 3) custom oil pan/pickup. my friends and i have done KA24De swaps many times, and it is basically the same for KA. One major thing, custom turbo manifold/ piping $$$! also, fuel delivery must be taken into account. wiring can get very expensive also. as for the driveshaft, any specialist can modify the stock 510, to make it work/fit with the SR. For diff. putting an s13/s14 rear is a very tough mod! usaully many 510 owners use the suburu LSD (like myself), and some has vg30d, sr20, ka24, ca18....and no problems. if you want there are LSD with really big ratios...but cost lots and is very rare. well...hope this helps... good luck!

Although this is an old post, not sure if you're still looking for the proper conversion parts. Safely assuming "No", perhaps I could be of some help to fellow 510 owners.
There's a high quality SR20DET conversion kit available for the 510.
Contact Mario Lozano at Toespeed Racing.

He also has the same for KA and VG conversions too.
Good luck,

I modified my existing crossmember using stock 510 mounting points and stock 510 rubber mounts. I cut and welded the stock sr mounts coming off the block to position the motor.
Tranny mount is completely new using stock mounting points on the 510 and sr. I cut the driveshasft tunnel to get the motor/tranny level in the chassis. Steering center link has to be modified to clear front of tranny.
Driveshaft is easy because of the irs. Measure from u-joint mount on diff to tranny seal face. Take that measurement with 510 driveshaft and sr front yoke to driveshaft shop and they'll fix you up.
I'm running stock rearend, looking for lsd.

If you want a quality kit and you do not want to wait many moons to pass to get your car on the road.....then you need to just purchase this kit hands down complete and if I did not have 90% of the TSR kit right now I would go this route myself. Hell they have even engineered a sway bar for it too!
go here: www.datsport.com (http://www.datsport.com)
or

I have pointed two people in their direction and they are very happy with their kits...Don't get me wrong..I love mario and I am getting the rest of my stuff from him, but there are many people out there that do not want to or can deal with waiting for up to two years to get all of the stuff to do this...Here is your way closer to having it all done...k Phil at pro audio can wire your cars for a fee...I will let him tell you the price. 310-381-3610 You need a manifold??? well mario can make you a turbo log manifold for a price...order now so when you get your motor all in the car, you can get your manifold and have a nice day!
