No it doesn't. 1st amendment may give you the freedom of expression, but it doesn't mean you can do or say whatever you want, whenever you want, however you want. We have lots of laws already on the books that would be considered unconstitutional if such a broad, simplistic interpretation of the first amendment were used. And even if it is currently legal, that doesn't mean you're not an inconsiderate jackass for doing it.
