Nice place to visit, but wouldn't want to drive there.
One personal observation: Most of the U.S.-made vehicles that seem so familiar to American customers seem painfully out of place in China. The Buick Regal, for instance, looks like an anomaly on the streets of Shanghai alongside the Accord and the VW Passat. It's also frightfully expensive by Chinese standards -- even American standards -- starting at around $35,000.
