It based on previous Mercedes E class platform and looks to be leather lined Magnum.

Not sure if this is true or not but the Chrysler 300C Touring will only be sold in Europe, not in the US, Canada or Mexico. Instead, we'll get the nearly identical Magnum wagon, which conversely Europe won't see.

Also, some say that the 300C Touring will be called the 300N Sportwagon and will be available with a supercharged version of the Hemi 5.7 mated to the new Mercedes 7-speed automatic. There is also talk of the new "camless" Hemi debuting on this car before it becomes available on other DCX vehicles in 2006.
