I've been up in the air awhile about what my next car or truck was going to be but after I've seen the 56 I think I found the ONE. The only thing that may stop me is if I go for the test drive and something stands out as a huge flaw. Now heres my question to all of you who have purchased the first year run of a car. Does infiniti suffer first year problems like many other companies or would you guys buy this truck when it comes out. I'm a little gunshy when it comes to pulling the trigger becasue I bought the PT cruiser when it came out and that thing was a mistake from day 1. thanks in advance

Well, the G35, FX and M45 were all first year 2003 cars and there have been no major problems with them. Also, the Armada will have been out for a few months when the QX56 hits the stores so hopefully most of the minor bugs (if there are any) will be sorted.

Actually, the G and M are not 1st year products. The G was already a year old in Japan as the Skyline, and the M is the old Nissan Gloria.

Owning an FX, I can say that all issues I have experienced have been very minor. I have 15k miles on my FX and I still love to get in and drive it every day!
