Time for new tires for 03 M45...

Quick question everyone...I'm going to need new tires soon. I'm leaning towards the OEM replacement tires. Just wondering if anyone has recommendations for other better tires, etc. My most important thing which my OEM tires have provided is a quiet ride. My car came with the Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 94V tires...I've seen the same tire but with a 94W rating and they are noticeably cheaper. Appreciate any advice. Thanks.

I'm on my 4th set of kohmos Ecsta ASX 255-45-18 (stock is 245) on my 02 F50 Sport w/175k miles on it. They go about 40k a set. I rotate them every 7k. THey are quite and handle well for Sacramento CA weather.

The Kumhos ASX's are even pretty solid for the snowy New England winters too. As long as you ensure the tires are balanced, rotated frequently and the wheels are aligned you can't go wrong with a set of these "budget" tires.

Well, I found the Michelin Pilot HX MXM4 94W tires new for about half the price of the 94V version. I will get them installed next month and see how they work out.
