    Driving with one eye...

I live in Northern California. What has the DMV have to say about driving a vehicle with only one eye? I lost the use of my right eye a few months ago and I am still adjusting to the change. I have tried to drive but only in the day and I try to avoid heavy traffic. I need to renew my license this year and I need o know will pass the test.

A call to the DMV will answer your question, but I doubt it will cause you any problems renewing your license. There are a lot of people driving who have only one eye. It affects your depth perception and your peripheral vision to some extent, but it's still safe to drive if you're careful.
