Those are some different-looking wiper arms/blades, and when I looked awhile back i couldn't find complete replacement units. When the dealer replaced mine, they simply slipped in new rubber inserts.

What a coincidence, I just replaced mine a couple of seeks ago. To access them while the car is on double tap the wiper stalk upwards and the wiper will stop mid stroke in the center of the windshield. You can then flip them open. Give the wiper stalk a upwards tap again and it will go back down, just besure you fold the arms back down first or you can scratch the hood.

The blades are a little different then most because they are offset. If you look at it the mounting point is off to the side and not centered like a standard blade. looking the the wiper arms when in the down position you can see that this offset is needed so that the drivers side blade clears the passenger arm. I'm not positive but I think a standard blade might hit the arm. The drivers side is 26" and the passenger 19". I searched around and the only ones I could find that have this offset besides the factory blades are the Trico Flex.

The factory wiper blades have standard looking inserts but I couldn't find inserts in any of the stores around here, they only seem to carrry the whole assembly. FYI, the factory blades look like a beam style but they are not they just have a big plastic cover that looks like it.

If any of you guys plan to remove & toss the OE blade assembly (cover, blade & mount) PM me. I'll gladly pay shipping to get a set.
Want to see if it's possible to put them on the M45 & G35.
I know the sizes will be wrong, just want to see if they will mount on the old style posts & sit right.

Just had the dealer install new blades. $30 total. Should have done that a while ago. It's raining here and I'm so happy to have whisper quiet wipers.

I went to the dealer and got replacement refills. I took the old blades and the new ones did not fit. So I had to go to the auto parts store. the replacements did not mount on the side. They were bulky where the universal connection was and almost hit the hood. Did not work well. Long story short I returned the wrong refills to infiniti and got the correct inserts. IMHO.. Get the refills from the dealer. Better fit. work better and cost factor is about the same. Don't do what I did!!

Tap the stalk up twice and the wipers will go to the halfway point and stop.

    From page 2-30:

Pulling up the wiper arm: The wiper arm should be in the up positionwhen replacing the wiper.
To pull up the wiper arm, push up 􏰇4 twice, thewiper operation stops in mid-operation. Thewiper arm can be pulled up.
The selector lever should be in the P (Park)position.
To replace the wiper arm, place the wiper arm inthe down position and then push the lever 􏰇4up once.

Thanks as aalways. Another saga. No luck finding the trio locally and all 3 infinity dealers tell me that Infiniti does not sell refills only the whole arm right now.spend 50 bucks on arms and now trying to locate refills to reinsert into. Old arms for spare set.

That's not true, or at least it didn't use to be ! I complained when the dealer tossed the wipers on our G37 & replaced them with some crappy ones that looked like they were from Kmart. They said they did it because the replacements cost less than the refills + labor to install them.

I balked and insisted they put my old arms back on and do the refills - which they did after mentioning that most people don't notice the swtich-a-roo but that they do the refills for those that objected.

They told me there was no part number for Infiniti refills for the 2012 M's. I needed the wipers and after a few days of looking in Autoparts stores I decided my time was worth more that theb$ the dealer was asking. When I get a second I will dissect the old arms and try to refit refills and if I get it figured out I wil
sell the old arms on eBay or CL to recapture some of the $ I got zapped at the dealer. At least I will know for next time how to refill them.

Not seeing a listing for the '12 M56, but here is the part# for the '11 M56.
I assume they did not change the wipers between the 2 years, but I could be wrong !

Refills are like $6 each ..................

Thanks for the info, any idea where the infiniti part number are? I still have the boxes mine came in and I want to verify the part numbers of the whole assembly. Wondering if these are Infiniti blades or will fit infiniti blades? Only reason I care is becasue all 3 local infiniti dealer told me that the refill blades are not availible for the M only the complete Arm. Which makes no sense to me at all.

None of the on-line parts places seem to list the part #'s, not sure why that is - they seem to be double top secret
