more pix taken and uploaded. questions, comments, complaints?

Damn! that looks amazing. Love how the 275's look. Now you got me thinking about changing my wheels. I really don't want to go up in size as I think 20's look great on the car. However a wider wheel is always a great addition. I think the widest the stock wheel will fit is a 265.
    hhhmmmm...what to do?

Loooking good. I spy cross drilled rotors!

  5. #25
looks good. what are those rotors?

  6. #26
the brakes rotors are brembo blanks drilled by stillen. it took me a bit to get these. i paired them with akebono pads and they work beautifully. before these i had a pair of centric rotors/hawk pads which sucked and hawk customer service sucked bad (long story).

    its a secret! jk jk.

I used the Tanabe NF210 series (TNF158). I took a shot at it as it wasn't listed for the M56 and it had a less drop that the Eibachs. This way, the extra weight (m37 vs m56 ~150lbs) wouldnt drop it more than the rear. It leveled out pretty nice IMO.

I'm considering installing these Tanabe springs on my M37x. Could you post a recent side shot of your car? According to the specifications the Eibachs should drop lower but your car appears to sit lower than mine in the rear, the front maybe the same.

Altered, keep in mind he has the 56, so his car is slightly heavier than your 37..

    sorry for the late replies.

IMO the clearance is fine (ive driven dropped cars since high school so take this with a grain of salt). you cant go over a concrete parking stop at the store anymore.

ill take some pix tmrw as it's settled for a while.

my logic why i went with the tanabe is that the front drop is less so the extra weight of the v8 would level it down.
