It would be easy to do and Toyota just brought out a (pretty lame) Sequoia TRD.

All those changes need zero development dollars.. the parts already exists on the Titan PRO4X!

Armada PRO4x with on demand locking diff, skid plates, Titan PRO4X wheels, offroad shocks, would trounce the more expensive Sequioa TRD (thats has no skid plates or rear locker) and maybe even remind the market what a legit competitor it is globally landcruiser...

And once you are there at a Armada PRO4X no one will say "the design is old" once people realize the Y62 design is so much younger than the Landcruisers aaaaaand the landcruiser costs an extra $40000 while offering little extra beyond a crawl control and a name plate .. and then the PRO4X still would have a rear locker....
